Summit Registration Fees
The following registration fees apply for CGMS 2017. Fees are in GBP and exclusive of VAT.

The Gala Dinner will be taking place at Manchester Cathedral on Wednesday 6th December. Tickets can be purchased through the online registration form at £80 plus VAT. More information on the Gala Dinner to come.
Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods:
Payment by credit card is available only through the online form. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Bank Transfer/Payment by Invoice:
If you select to pay via bank transfer your invoice will be attached to the confirmation letter you will receive upon completing your registration.
Please ensure you pass this invoice to your accounts department for prompt payment. Payment is due two months prior to the Summit, Monday 2nd October 2017. Please note, payment by invoice is only available until Monday 25 September.
Terms and Conditions of Registration
Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadline to benefit from early/pre onsite registration fees. Any registration fees still outstanding two weeks after the close of the early bird deadline will be automatically upgraded to the late registration fee.
Cancellation and refund policy
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Up to 24 July 2017 – full refund less £50 + vat administration fee
After 24 July 2017 and before 28 August 2017 – 25% refund
From 28 August 2017 – no refund
Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the Summit you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.
Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the CGMS 2017 Delegate Services Team at CGMS2017@conferencepartners.com. Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a £50.00 + VAT administration.
All applicable refunds will be made after the Summit.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all Summit registration refunds.
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
